SpaceXSI has launched the X Subscription, one plan that covers Grok, SpaceXSI’s chatbot, Cursor and X Premium. “We’ve unified plans across Grok, Cursor, and X Premium,” the company posted on Oct. 12. Paid tiers run from $8 to $200 a month in U.S. dollars, and all of them draw on one shared usage pool.

New X-Subscription Consumer Terms of Service, published the same day, put Grok, Grokipedia, Grok Bot, Cursor and other SpaceXSI services under one consumer agreement as well, to unify data privacy.

| Premium | $30 | Everything in Plus; 4x Plus usage; Grok Bot; latest Grok models; AI images and video; code hosting via Origin and AI code reviews via Bugbot; cloud agents and automations; faster chat responses; ad-free scrolling on most surfaces, a preferred @handle and higher reply boost |

The usage pool is shared across Grok and Cursor and refreshes weekly. Inside Grok it covers Chat, Imagine, Voice, Bot and the API. If you run out, you can buy top-ups or wait for the refresh. Third-party models in Cursor are billed separately at API list price. SpaceXSI recommends Premium for new AI users, Super for daily agent users and Ultra for power users.
What Existing Subscribers Should Expect
SpaceXSI has not said how existing X Premium, SuperGrok and Cursor subscribers move to the new tiers, or whether annual pricing is coming. The launch follows SpaceXSI’s product lead saying in September that plan unification was weeks away.
Some subscribers who have moved over their subscriptions early have run into some allocation issues between Grok Bot, Cursor, and Grok capabilities between the services. For most users, it may be best to wait a few days while everything settles.
What the New Terms Say
The agreement is with SpaceXSI LLC, a Nevada company based at 800 W Cesar Chavez St. in Austin, Texas. Cursor parent Anysphere is a party only for what the terms call the “Cursor Third-Party Components”: Cursor, Grok Bot and access to AI models SpaceXSI does not own. For those components, Anysphere sends your input to the outside model providers and says it will not let them train on it, subject to its disclosures and your settings. Any claim about those components is between you and Anysphere, not SpaceXSI.
Grok inside the X app stays under the X Terms of Service. Grok Bot, the agent that works across your apps, falls under these new terms plus its own service-specific terms, including when you use it on X.
The purchase itself sits with a different company. Under the separate Bundled Subscription Terms, the subscription is sold by X Subscription Corp., also based at 800 W Cesar Chavez St. in Austin. It is the merchant of record and handles payment, billing, refunds and taxes, and your purchase contract for the bundle is with X Subscription Corp. only. Use of each service stays under SpaceXSI’s consumer terms.
What Happens to Your Data When You Log In
Signing in with X lets SpaceXSI bring your X profile, post history, usage data and Grok on X conversations into your SpaceXSI account. Signing in with Cursor lets it bring over your Cursor account data, including coding data. If you sign up with a work email, your account can be linked to your employer’s Enterprise subscription, where its administrators can access and control it.
Disputes go to courts in Tarrant County or Wichita County, Texas, under Texas law, unless your local law says otherwise. Residents of Europe, the U.K. and Switzerland get Irish law and Irish courts instead.
