xAI is running the Grok Bot Galaxy event Tuesday through Thursday, 15–17 September 2026, at The Howard, 661 Howard Street in San Francisco. Besides the in-person event, xAI is also providing a free public livestream throughout the event for anyone who wants to follow along without flying down to San Francisco.

The Grok Bot Galaxy event is focused on building a brand new business from the ground up, right in front of a live audience. Grok bot will be used from the ground up from ideation to product development, engineering work, and actual, real, deployment.
Role Playbooks Across Three Days
The classroom will be built around department playbooks rather than a single general talk. Day 1 covers Grok Bot 101 with Roman Ugarte, Engineering with Lingxi Li, Product Managers with Kevin Niparko, and Founders with Shub Gaur.
Day 2 moves to Sales Engineering with Amrita Venkatraman, Sales with the SpaceXAI Sales Team, SDRs with Simon Lackowski, and Customer Support with David Gan.
Day 3 covers Marketing Operations with Matthew Silberman and Teresa Hsu, Post-Sales with Blake Schuller, and Marketing with Josh Kim, then closes with a livestream wrap and final showcase of what the live builders shipped across the three days.
Live Builders Shipping on Stream
Alongside the role sessions, Matt Palmer, Lauren Tan, and Roshan Sadanani will be on the livestream building a product from scratch with Grok Bot.
The flow will follow the Role Playbooks across the three days, building from the ground up including a business plan, features, product engineering, and deployment. As they work through the process, they’ll naturally hand off the Role Playbook pieces to the featured speakers to explain them more in-depth.
The live build will be available on its own live stream, just like the classroom courses.

How to Sign Up
Registration for in-person sessions and the free livestream both start from the Galaxy Hub. The official email invite for both types of events went out just yesterday, so there is still plenty of space for the in-person sessions.
People attending in-person will be vetted and verified, so take your sign-up as a verification of interest, rather than a full RSVP. If you are accepted, an email will follow with an RSVP ticket to whichever one of the courses (or the full event) you’re attending.
Sessions and the stream run roughly 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT, so each day will be packed with learning opportunities. Live stream links will become available closer to the start of the event, so keep an eye out for the email in your inbox telling you its all starting now.
