Grok Bot is now available on iPad and for Android devices. The SpaceXAI agent app, which already shipped on iPhone, and Mac, lets you message AI teammates from the tablet and hand off real work across the tools and websites you already use.

That matters for anyone who plans, reviews, or approves work away from a laptop. On iPad you can start a task, check in on running agents, and keep the same conversation thread you would open on iPhone or desktop.

What Changes for iPad Users

Grok Bot is built for agent handoffs, not just chat replies. You give a bot a job such as inbox triage, outbound research, expense chase-downs, or invoice collection, and it works in the same apps and portals a human teammate would use.

The iPad listing on the App Store now sits beside iPhone, with explicit iPadOS support in the latest release notes. Version 1.6.0 calls out iPad support alongside clearer bot replies, a better image viewer, and improved voice dictation.

Same Account, Bigger Screen

In practice, the larger screen is a first-class surface for reviewing drafts, approving spend requests, and steering several bots at once, rather than a stretched phone layout. You stay in the loop when something needs a yes, and the agents keep moving when it does not.

Sign-in still rides your existing Cursor or SpaceXAI account. Usage is tied to that account, so work you start on Mac or iPhone can continue on iPad without rebuilding context from scratch.

Android Support Launches Too

On September 2nd, the team also launched the Android app, finally moving it past the initial early-access sign-up that was initially offered last week.

You can get it on the Google Play Store now, instead of waiting in the late-August pre-registration queue. Sign in with your Cursor account, hand a bot a task from your phone, and pick that same thread back up on desktop later.

Official notes still call the Android client a beta, with additional key features coming soon to help it catch up to the iOS and iPad applications.

Android Tablet Support Included

Google Play lists Grok Bot for both Phone and Tablet, so the same Android app installs on tablets as well as phones.
